About Berlan Paniagua

In 2016 I earned my law degree at the University of San José. In 2017, I was admitted to the Costa Rican Bar Association. In 2019, I completed was approved the Specialization in Notary and Registry Law at the University of San José. And finally, in 2020 I was officially incorporated before the National Directorate of Notaries as a Certified Notary Public.

In the course of the years of study in parallel I was training and updating through courses taught by the College of Lawyers of Costa Rica in different branches of law such as Family Law, Criminal Law, Alimony and Labor Law.

In 2019 I received the title of Legal English taught by the College of Lawyers of Costa Rica and the British Legal Centre where I was trained and qualified to attend and conduct any legal business in the English language.

A year after I started my law career I was hired to work in the Legal Department of the same University where I was studying, attending and collaborating with all the legal and administrative matters of the company with its owner Mr. Greivin Arrieta Chacon, who besides being a businessman and owner of the University also practiced law, so my professional experience in law dates back to 2012.

Since I joined the Bar Association I have litigated in Labor, Criminal, Administrative, Civil and Family matters, so it can be said that I have seen everything, currently I have more than four years of being a Notary Public and providing my legal and notarial services to individuals and companies that require my help and advice with more than three years of specializing in Corporate Law and Real State Processes.
